Implementation of bound security based on {@link com.top_logic.knowledge.wrap.Wrapper}s.
The {@link com.top_logic.tool.boundsec.wrap.AbstractBoundWrapper} adds security to wrappers
which is used by almost all wrappers. The {@link com.top_logic.tool.boundsec.wrap.PersBoundComp}
provides persistency to bound components.
