Go to the Administration => Deveopment => Process Editor tab and click on the plus icon to create a new process:

The new process definition will be assigned a name and icon.
TopLogic will now create a new process with 2 process steps, which can now be concretized:

Maintain display information

After clicking on the empty background of the process graphic, some information about the display of the new process definition can be stored in the "Properties" area:

A suitable symbol image (=icon) and a description text for the later representation of the process definition in the user interface can be stored.
