Create new user accounts
4 new user accounts are to be created to assign different process roles to each of them and then edit the process with these accounts in the individual process roles.
Switch to the tab Administration => Accesses => User accounts and click on"New" in the bottom right corner:
The assigned user names can be chosen arbitrarily.
The "Username" is the UserID, serves as a unique user ID and is required for login.
Since no detailed roles / rights configuration has been stored (yet), the new user accounts are marked as administrator:
A password is assigned for each user account:
This makes the new user accounts available for further use.
