Create new user groups

The group of all "Users" already exists. The newly created user accounts were automatically assigned to this group.

In addition, a corresponding user group is to be created for each of the specialist process roles:

The previously created user groups are assigned to these user groups.I

In the tab Administration => Accesses => Groups and click on "New":

Each created group will be assigned the designated user accounts:

Thus now 4 user groups are available for the assignment of the process roles in the process definition.
