Since there is a Maven repository for Top-Logic, you can only check out your subject modules in your workspace and pull the Top-Logic base from Maven.

If this is the case, the online documentation (e.g. TL-Script documentation) is missing in the application.

The reason is that when reading the help files, the java.nio.file.Path to the index.html is converted to a java.io.File object. This is not possible because the index.html is de-facto loaded from a web-fragment WAR.
