Missing authorization for standard views of all users in the user settings menu
In the "User settings" menu, there are some views / commands that are incorrectly not available to non-administrators:
- The "User settings > Personal settings" view cannot initially be opened or edited by non-administrators unless this user has a role in any view in the administration. The dialog must always be allowed, even if you do not have permission in the administration.
- There is an Excel export in the "User settings > Session log" view. This cannot be executed by non-administrators, and there is also no option to assign authorizations to this view/command in the "Role profiles" view. This Excel export must always be permitted in the same way as the Excel export in the "User settings > License overview" view.
