Eclipse settings: Update of the webfragment version to 6.0

Java17

With the update to Java 17, the servlet specification was raised to version 6.0. The corresponding settings must also be adjusted so that Eclipse can continue to validate JSPs.

Test

Validate/com.top_logic/src/main/webapp/jsp/administration/maintenance/DBQuery.jsp - no errors regarding servlet classes not found should be displayed.
