Incorrect fallback for attribute with current-only storage

ReferenceAttribute TLModel

A storage can be set to a database attribute that outputs the current version of the referenced object for historical objects (e.g. for the type of an object). If the current version no longer exists, the historical version is output.

This fallback does not work once the reference has been resolved.
