Migration

Continues #29617 (waves 0 to 3a, released with TL_8.0.0-alpha10). Each further wave of the design system gets its own ticket.

Problem

The data controls of the React view layer – table, tree, column selection, columns and text – are styled by the old stylesheet tlReactControls.css with literal values, state classes and their own drag and drop look per control. Cursor, selection, loading and empty states are drawn differently in table, tree and select.

Solution

The controls read the design system package (TopLogic/tl-design-system, decisions in docs/skalen.md, section "Welle 3b"). Their old blocks are cut from tlReactControls.css (ratchet 5636 → 4505 lines).

New package components: tl-table, tl-tree, tl-reorder-list, tl-columns, tl-text, tl-status (loading, empty, error as one row for select, tree and table) and drag.css (one drag look for all readers over data-tl-state~="dragging|drop-before|drop-after|drop-onto|drop-refused").
Table and tree: role="grid"/`"treegrid"/`"tree" with aria-activedescendant; the cursor ring lies on the cursor row while the container has the focus; selection is a surface. Row height and indent come from the tokens (size-row, size-control-sm); the state key rowHeight is gone.
Table header: sort button with aria-sort (Shift+Enter adds a level), filter and column buttons, resize and freeze handles with role="separator", column reorder by keyboard (Alt + arrow) and pointer through one hook (useListReorder), also used by the column selection and the select chips.
Filter bar: removable chips (tl-chip), one search field with clear button, the refusal hint of a drop is a tl-popover.
Text: type class per variant (tl-type-*), tone as data-tl-tone; the tone accent is gone, placeholder is a tone, strong is the type class.
Color roles are attributes: data-tl-role on pill, chip, segment, select chip, avatar and alert.
FieldValue is the one read-only value (form field, select value, table cell); it takes the type of the place it stands in.
Progress bar: named through aria-labelledby, value through aria-valuenow only, no aria-valuetext. The job status shows its share as a percentage, named by the state above it.

Migration

<text tone="accent"> no longer loads (ConfigurationException listing the allowed values). Use css-class="tl-type-body-strong".
css-class="tlText--strong" has no effect any more; use tl-type-body-strong (variant label: tl-type-label-strong).
The CSS classes tlTableView*, tlTreeView*, tlColumnSelect*, tlColumns*, tlText* and tlRelativeTime no longer exist, nor tl-pill--<role>, tl-avatar--category-<n>, tl-alert--<status>, tl-alert--closable and tl-select__status. Application stylesheets that target them must be rewritten against the package classes and attributes; the full old → new list is in the package (docs/migration/altlast.md, "Welle 3b"). States are attributes: aria-selected, aria-sort, aria-expanded, data-tl-state, data-tl-role, data-tl-tone.
Stylesheets reading --tl-status-error-border / --tl-status-warning-border see a darker line in light mode (red-41, amber-43), so the line stays visible on a selected row.
