Process model
The user stories for creating and processing tickets can be described as process steps in a process model:
Creation => Checking => Editing => Testing
The assignment of these process steps to different user groups is defined by process roles.
With the Process Editor in the Administration => Development => Process Editor tab, TopLogic offers a tool for graphically describing such process models in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
The Process Editor allows the creation of process diagrams using the symbolic language according to BPMN. I.e. individual symbols are used for the different language elements: Process steps, process transitions, switches and decisions.
