Result

The final process model defines the assignment of the individual process steps to the respective process roles as well as all possible transitions and thus every possible sequence of the process steps:

  • The service manager shall have the possibility to reject a ticket.
  • The developer should have the option of inquiring with the service manager and forwarding the ticket back to him.
  • The tester should be able to forward the ticket back to the developer in the event of an error.

The arrows behind a gateway should be named accordingly, since these names will be used later in the user interface to control the process flow.
