GotoHandler

If you are currently displaying a dialog, the view changes in the background to the component that defines the dialog. On the one hand, this is confusing and on the other hand, after closing the dialog, you have to switch back to the original view, which in turn causes problems: If you open a dialog, closing the dialog restores the selection in the component from which the dialog was opened, among other things. This means that you cannot set the selection of a component from the dialog (with #28616) because this is overwritten by closing the dialog.
