PDF TLScript

You would like to generate a PDF document with TL-Script. A document should be generated via HTML-2-PDF (with HTML generated via TL-Script). The HTML should be able to contain SVG graphic objects that can be filled via flow chart layout descriptions (ticket #25918), for example.
