BusSystem

There is a bus system in TopLogic in which anyone can write anything on the bus and anyone can react to it.

Among other things, there is the LogEntryReceiver, which reacts to every change, checks who has any authorization on the element and writes a log entry for each of these users.

This is all unnecessary and should be removed.
