DefaultFormFieldControlProvider always hard sets the ButtonRenderer

Problem

The DefaultFormFieldControlProvider always creates ButtonControls with the ButtonRenderer. This means that any differently configured renderers are not taken into account.

Solution

The ButtonRenderer is not set by the DefaultFormFieldControlProvider. If no other renderer is set, the ButtonRenderer is default anyway.
