Disappearing toolbar in tile layout

LayoutFramework

If you have a tile with two components in the tile layout, and each component is supposed to have its own toolbar, the components' toolbars disappear the second time you open the tile.

This occurs in Prime in the Documents and Links tiles.

Test

Launch Prime in tile mode.
Open the Documents and Links tiles and verify that both tables have their own toolbars.
Close the tile (return to the tile overview) and open it again. Verify that both tables have their own toolbar.
