Application monitor uses wrong locale for displaying working memory values

ApplicationMonitoring Locale

In the Administration : Monitor : Monitor view in the Memory section, the values are displayed in the locale of the server on which the application is running instead of using the locale of the user.

Target behavior

The values should be displayed in the user's locale.

Test

In the Top-Logic demo application, change the country from root to UK and the language to English and log in again.
- Expectation: In Administration : Monitor : Monitor in the section Memory the 1000s are separated by ','.
In the Top-Logic Demo application change the country from root to Germany and the language to German and log in again.
- Expectation: In Administration : Monitor : Monitor in the Memory section the 1000s are separated by '.'.
