Code migration WrapperGenerator

The tl:WrapperGenerator shall create more methods for accessing model elements:

There shall be constants and getter methods for tl:TLEnumeration, tl:TLClassifier and data types in the module.
There shall be better typing at the model level in the factory: If the tl:TLStructuredTypePart is a reference the return type shall be tl:TLReference.
The access to the model element shall be static.

Code migration

Resource files for model elements shall be renamed from <moduleName>Messages_en.properties to model.<moduleName>.messages_en.properties and accordingly for ".._en.properties". In the configurations accordingly <bundle name="<moduleName>Messages" /> to <bundle name="model.<moduleName>.messages" />.
Wrappers need to be regenerated.
Methods to access model elements in the factory are now static, i.e. accesses should be switched.
