Declarative forms: SelectField disappears after upload if option list depends on mandatory property
#27042
MaintenanceJspBase should write to the log first, then to the client, instead of the other way around.
Enhancement
If you set up a new app according to the instructions and start it on the command line with Maven, you will not receive any log output on the console. This makes potential error analysis unnecessarily difficult.
Improvement
Write log output to the standard output by default. In Eclipse this does not interfere, but is useful when starting from the console. In the deployment you usually have a specialized log configuration anyway, so that nothing changes there.
Test
- Set up a new app.
- Start with mvn -P ide exec:java.
- Log output from the complete boot process must be displayed on the console.
