If a button row doesn't have enough space for the buttons to be displayed, a menu is shown instead. This menu no longer opens.

Test

In the main menu, after the login screen, the first button component that can be inspected is located at the bottom right. Resize the browser window until the first buttons disappear and the arrow button becomes visible. Test whether it can be clicked with the mouse. If the test is successful, press the Tab key on the keyboard to check whether the arrow button can also be activated using the keyboard.
