Tooltips for component templates

Documentation InAppDevelopment LayoutEditor

When selecting component templates in the layout editor, tooltips should be displayed explaining the templates available for selection. The same applies to the selection of sub-configurations and plug-ins within the component configuration (e.g. component model, etc.).
