DifaV7 DragAndDrop

The drop functionality in trees and tables is to be expanded.

The configuration is to be adapted to that of a command handler so that different options can be selected:

Open dialog,
command handler via expression
etc.

In particular, it should be possible to open a dialog as a drop function and to initialize the dialog or its model component with the drop target and the drop object.

The drop action should have the option "in transaction".

The extent to which the existing function "predicate of a drop possibility" could or should be replaced by the "executability" of a command handler needs to be checked.
