Buttons in the declarative form are not at the same height

CoreTheme

The icon buttons next to the dropdown buttons are not at the same height. This is the "dfListAdd" element. In addition, there should be a gap between the button and the dropdown element.

Test

There are sort arrows next to dropdowns or + icons in various places at the end of form groups. These arrows should be at the same height as the other element (vertically centered) and have a space between them. Such arrows can be found in "Design form" or "Edit layout" dialogs, for example.
