Value conversion when setting values in transient objects

TLModel

In persistent TLObject's, either a set or a list can be set for a "multiple" part, regardless of whether the attribute is ordered or not. However, a set is always output for an unordered attribute and a list is always output for an ordered attribute.

This should also be the case for a transient TLObject.
