Core theme: Maintenance mode message cannot be recognized

CoreTheme

The maintenance mode message is now displayed in red font, centered above the tab bar.

In connection with this ticket, the font-family-bold theme variable has been deleted. It is now sufficient to set the font-weight to bold to get the Inter-SemiBold font.

Test

Start the application and navigate to the following page: Administration > Tech. Administration > Maintenance window and press the Play button in the toolbar to activate maintenance mode.
Check the fonts to see if titles and other fonts that should be bold are bold.
