Configure Toolbar inApp

There should be a possibility inApp to show or hide the toolbar for a component via a checkbox. Currently the toolbar is always displayed, see toolbar "Context component" in the screenshot:

Test

Open the settings of a component and hide the toolbar using the "Toolbar" option. The option is available for all components except tables (Table, Treetable, Grid) and tiles.
