It has been determined that the settings in the form editor for "Columns", "Label position" (inline or above) and "Line break" are not working correctly. The settings either have no effect or only an incorrect effect on the display of the forms.

The form at the top of the page Administration > Monitor > Transaction monitor.
The form at the top of the Administration > Monitor > User history page.
In the model-based search, check the "Search expression" dropdown under "Search query" and ensure that the field wraps when the space becomes narrower.
