Double delete button and missing confirmation prompt in user administration

In the user administration (view "Administration > Authorizations > User administration") there are 2 delete buttons: One in the burger menu of the table and one in the burger menu of the edit component to the right of it.

The button in the table should be removed; one button is sufficient here, namely the one in the edit component, as is also the case in other views, e.g. in "Administration > Permissions > Groups" or in "Administration > Permissions > Roles".

Furthermore, the confirmation prompt is missing from the "Delete user" button in the Edit component. The contact is deleted immediately without prompting. The confirmation prompt is correct for the delete button in the table or the "Remove access" button.
