#29733
TL Views: a click on the padding of the React rich-text editor's content area does not focus the editor; the typed text is lost
Problem
The React WYSIWYG editor's content area .tlWysiwygEditor__content has a padding of about 16 px around the ProseMirror element. A click into the body of the editor focuses it (#29665), but a click on that padding frame - inside the visible field, outside the ProseMirror box - leaves the focus on the page, and whatever is typed next goes nowhere.
Seen in the TL Development app (snapshot build 45) on the ticket description in edit mode and on the comment composer, close to the field's edge.
Expected
A click anywhere inside the visible editor field puts the caret into the editor (e.g. the padding belongs to the ProseMirror element, or a mousedown on the content frame focuses the editor at the nearest position).
Test
A rich-text field in edit mode; click 5 px inside the field's top-left border, type: the text appears in the editor.
