Currently, a component can be checked to see if it is the defaultFor for a type of the form type-name[:bound-command-group-id|'*'].

A string of the form type-name:bound-command-group-id is not used and further needed. The logic for this can be removed completely.

Calls to type-name:* in defaultFor are replaced by type-name.
