Double configuration of the description of a TLType

ResKey

In the model administration, a name and a description can be configured for an object. The description is de facto the tooltip for the designation. Since #26597, the tooltip can also be configured for a tl:ResKey, so that this value can now be configured in two places.

Solution

At this point, the configuration option of the tooltip at the description is removed.

Select and edit a module.
- Expectation: No tooltip can be configured at the label.
