ChartJS InAppDevelopment OpenAPI

If you use tl-bpe-app as a preconfigured system for in-app development, all features that are suitable for in-app development should be included there by default. Currently, the modules for ChartJS evaluations and the OpenAPI modules for service definition and connection are missing.
