The user can configure the row height for the body and the header separately for a table. Currently, however, the body's row height is used for both header and body rows. This is incorrect.

Test

Create sample data. Edit the `gallery` attribute of an element of type A. In the dialog that opens, the header row should have a different size than the body row.
