I've heard there's a utility that creates an "onclick" command that can be used to open a pop-up at the mouse's current position.

Test

In Technical Demo > Layout Framework#1 > Forms > Form Controls (IFrame), open the "popupControl" field.
- Expected Result: The popup opens at the mouse position.
