LayoutFramework

Currently, a dialog opener command can only open a dialog that is defined on the same component as the command. This is an unnecessary restriction. Even "globally" defined dialogs could be opened from anywhere using an explicit opener command.

Test

The "Create Node" command in the DemoTypes tree opens the same dialog as the "New..." command in the detail view of a selected tree element.
