A feature should be implemented to display notification messages requiring user confirmation after login.
The notification should be manageable at runtime. An active notification should then be displayed to users after they log in and require a one-time confirmation. This confirmation must be repeated if the notification text is changed by an administrator.
It should be possible for multiple notification messages to be active at the same time. As a result, each one must then be confirmed separately.
Modifying an already active message deletes any existing confirmations. This implicitly includes the administrative reset of all confirmations.
It should be possible to specify the text to be displayed in a notification message in a formatted manner. The ability to embed links to external resources is also required.
