For example, you can use a "Post-Create Action" to select the object you just created. However, this currently does not work in trees, at least, because the tree has not yet been updated at the time the action is executed.

Test

Configure an in-app command in a tree that creates a new node.
Configure a "Post-Create Action" for the command that selects the newly created object.
Expectation: After creation, the new object is selected.
