Migration ModelSystem

The tl:WrapperGenerator should create more methods for accessing model elements:

It should provide constants and getter methods for tl:TLEnumeration, tl:TLClassifier, and data types in the module.
There should be better typing at the model level in the factory: If tl:TLStructuredTypePart is a reference, the return type should be tl:TLReference.
Access to the model elements should be static.

Code Migration

Resource files for model elements must be renamed from <moduleName>Messages_de.properties to model.<moduleName>.messages_de.properties and similarly for ".._en.properties". In the configurations, change <bundle name="<moduleName>Messages" /> to <bundle name="model.<moduleName>.messages" />.
Wrappers must be regenerated.
Methods for accessing model elements in the factory are now static; therefore, the access logic should be updated.
