MigrationProcessor for deleting the saved application model

A MigrationProcessor is needed, which deletes the stored application model in the KnowledgeBase.

This is needed so that after deleting a DB table via SQL migration, you can start the system without ConfigurationException.

Application

In a *.migration.xml the tl:com.top_logic.element.model.DeleteStoredTLModel MigrationProcessor can be used to delete the currently stored TLModel. On the next boot, the model will be reinstalled from the XML files. E.G.

<migration> <version .../> ... <processors> <delete-stored-model /> </processors> </migration>

If no further migration is needed.
