Enable "Standard" Links in WYSIWYG Editor

You can add links in the WYSIWYG editor. A "SimpleLink" plugin has been added to make it easy to add a link to another website.

With this mechanism, it is not possible to create, for example, mail-to links. This is possible with the standard plugin. With the SimpleLink plugin, you must first create a “normal” link. Once you edit that link, you regain full flexibility.

It is no longer clear why only a SimpleLink should be possible. Since a `mailto:` link is desired, the SimpleLink plugin will be replaced by the Link plugin.
