AppEditors Migration

The FormEditor in BPE is currently a component dialog.

This is to be converted into a programmable dialog so that it can also be opened programmatically.

Code Migration

In XML files, the "componentControlProvider" com.top_logic.layout.form.declarative.DirectFormDisplay must be replaced with com.top_logic.layout.form.declarative.DirectFormControlProvider. The configuration remains unchanged.
