If a thread in a TL app (e.g., a tab switch) does not complete within a certain time frame, the application displays the following message:

Apparently, the page is being served with the wrong encoding, or the page’s encoding is incorrectly declared.

Test

Simulate an overload situation. The easiest way to do this is to ensure that the RequestLock always throws a RequestTimeoutException —by making a temporary code change.
