Prohibit drop from non-TL object to tables and trees

LayoutFramework

For example, if you drag the Script Recorder icon onto a table, a tree, or a component where TL objects can be dropped, the user is shown that the dragged Script Recorder icon can also be dropped there. This implies a drag-and-drop functionality that is not supported. Instead, the user should be notified—for example, using a “prohibited” cursor—that the object cannot be dropped at this location.

Test
