EditComponent loses edit mode after deletion

ClusterServices LayoutFramework

You can delete an object displayed in a tl:EditComponent using the tl:GenericDeleteCommandHandler in both Edit and View modes. When deleting, the system always switches to Edit mode to request the lock for the object to be deleted. If you delete while already in Edit mode, the component switches to View mode afterward—which isn’t ideal, because the user might have wanted to edit several objects in a row.
