Detail
The application can be configured with the help of theme variables for different representations, e.g. in the theme-settings.xml of the corresponding theme.
A tl:ThemeImage can be added using the <icon> tag. It is possible to configure an icon theme variable "without value" using the value none: {{#!xml <icon name="foo"
value="none"
/> }}} That is, the variable for the tl:ThemeImage exists, but there is no underlying image.
When resolving this variable, the user should get a tl:ThemeImage$NoIcon. However, this does not work. For the value none, it looks for an image "/none" in the current context, for example, in the demo application under "demo/none".
Application
In #26952 a theme variable is used to display an icon in the breadcrumb. Initially no image should be displayed. However, in the theme itself there should be the possibility to store an image for it. So that the user has the possibility to adjust the image in the theme editor, this variable must exist.
Test
Set an icon theme variable to none and examine the image using the browser console. It should no longer render an <img src="demo/none"/>.
