Security SecurityIssue

When the administrator assigns a new user password, it should be possible to require the user to change their password the next time they log in.

Improvement

The password dialog now includes a new field labeled "Force Change."

Test

The administrator changes the password.
Force the change (or not).
Log in with the user whose password was changed.
