Code migration

Source folders for application and tests must be split:
- Application: src/main/java
- Test: src/test/java
The test source folder must be marked as "contains test classes" in Eclipse and the output folder must be changed to target/test-classes.

The web application files must be moved to src/main/webapp (previously webapp).
The files of the test web application must be moved to src/test/webapp (previously test/webapp).
Test cases may have to be adapted if they reference test fixtures that have been moved.

Test

Refactoring, existing tests must continue to run.
