Update CKEditor to version 4.17.1

Improvements

In addition to the new version, several new features have been added:

**https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/copyformatting**: Just like in Word, this feature applies the formatting of the selected text to the newly selected text. However, this only works for inline styles (font, color, etc.) and not for block styles (headings, etc.).
**Clear Format** (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/removeformat): Removes inline style formatting from the selected text.
**Find and Replace** (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/find): Searches for and replaces text in the editor.

Test
