Enhancement
When installing TopLogic via Debian packages(#27118), it is very easy to implement an auto-update via apt(https://wiki.debian.org/UnattendedUpgrades).
The requirements here for must be fulfilled:
- Automatic DB backup before the update
- Backup and restore of transaction data stored in the filesystem
- Dynamic translations
- Documents
- Set up a release process that updates the packages in the Nexus Apt repository.
Test
- Build and deploy application.
- A Debian package is deployed to the TL-APT repository: http://dev.top-logic.com/nexus/repository/toplogic-deb/
- Install application into container.
- Reinstall the application.
- Backups of database and transaction data are stored in the /root/ folder during reinstall.
