LayoutFramework ModelSystem

Example:

A` contains `B`s (composition `ab).

In order for B`s to be created for an `A, A` must be in a specific status. The reference `ab encodes this check.

When creating B`s for a selected `A` using a form, this works correctly. Creation is prevented if the check fails.

However, if a B` is created via "Command Handler via Expression" and linked to `A, this check does not take place, and creation is possible in any case.
